Life is short. Ride your best horse first.

Those that ain't been throwed, never rode.

Most folks are like a barbed wire fence. They have their good points.

When you realize you ain't perfect, life eases up.

If you want to get somewhere, ride one horse at a time.

Wisdom is realizing you're riding down the wrong trail.again.

Don't squat with your spurs on.

When you get to where you're goin', the first thing to do is take care of the horse you rode in on.

If you work for a man, ride for his brand. Treat his cattle as if they were your own.

Behind every successful rancher is a wife who works in town.

Riding - The art of keeping a horse between you and the ground.

After weeks of beans and taters, even a change to taters and beans is good.
