Kim Gibbs left the big city hubbub of Chicago to pursue her dream of the Big Sky lifestyle in Montana in 1987.
Her childhood collection of ceramic horses became a living, breathing reality and the many hours she has spent in dusty arenas have given her valuable insights on how to communicate, connect and collaborate with people. Years of shoveling manure have taught Kim what motivation really is and how to bring out the very best in others.
Kim hung out the shingle for her own training company, Montana Perspectives, in 1998 to share the powerful lessons she has learned from living, working and horsing around in the Rocky Mountains.
When Kim isn't helping others to succeed, she's either clinging for dear life to a saddle horn or blasting her way out of a sand trap.
